Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Desk Agent to join our team at Alta Appliance Service. As an Order Desk Agent, you will be responsible for supervising staff, training staff, and acting as a spokesperson for the organization. You will also be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns, answering inquiries, and providing information to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of customer service.
  • Act as Spokesperson: Act as a spokesperson for the organization, representing Alta Appliance Service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer Inquiries: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and statistics.
  • Perform General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, ability to multitask, and quick learner.
Work Environment

Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 40 hours per week.
