Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

About the Role

  • You will manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, as well as escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders.
  • You will foster relationships with influencers and personalities, connect with people and partners to boost awareness and brand reputation.
  • Protect our company's reputation by promptly escalating issues and inquiries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain our Social Media Playbook and scripted responses to ensure consistency in our interactions with the social community.
  • Create engaging content that encourages online conversations with customers, aligning with our company tone/voice.
  • Manage the tone and voice of our brand through curated social content.
  • Attend live events and activations to capture content for use on social media, working with stakeholders to develop event itineraries and shoot content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and develop copy, creative, and content for an engaging user experience.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on social media, providing advice to improve our strategies and integrated communications.
  • Provide measurement and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI, COA, and other KPIs).
