Job Title: Insurance Broker

CAA Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at our Moose Jaw location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales of Habitational, Auto, and Travel Insurance Policies: Utilize your expertise to sell insurance policies to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their risks are mitigated.
  • Responding to Insurance Inquiries: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Entering and Managing Client Data: Accurately and efficiently enter and manage client data, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • Assisting Brokers and Other CAA Staff: Collaborate with brokers and other CAA staff to provide exceptional customer service to CAA members and customers.
  • Assisting with Retention of Existing Book of Business: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and grow the business.
Experience and Requirements:
  • Valid General Insurance License: Possess a valid General Insurance License, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  • Previous Habitational Insurance Experience: Have prior experience in habitational insurance, showcasing your ability to navigate complex policies.
  • Commercial Insurance Experience: Possess experience in commercial insurance, enabling you to effectively advise clients on their business insurance needs.
  • CAIB or CIP Designations: Hold CAIB or CIP designations, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including tact, diplomacy, empathy, and discretion.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making decisions as needed.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Be proficient in MS Office and possess strong computer skills, including Applied EPIC.
