We're on the hunt for a talented Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll have the opportunity to redefine the way commercial clients buy insurance and drive sales results.

What You'll Do:
  • Cultivate client relationships by providing exceptional client service and building authentic relationships.
  • Uncover challenges and analyze risks to prioritize product/service requirements.
  • Develop marketing submissions, proposals, and summaries of insurance programs, and negotiate best terms and conditions on behalf of our clients.

What We're Looking For:
  • Drive sales results by expanding existing insurance programs, increasing sales, and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Motivated to succeed and grow a book of business, along with a proven track record of customer acquisitions.
  • A champion of client service, with a deep understanding and solid knowledge of Commercial Lines.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' Commercial Lines Insurance experience and Insurance Broker Level 2 License.
  • Working towards or completion of CAIB/CIP designation.
  • Participate in professional development courses.
