About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Web to join our team at Recruitment Partners inc. as a key member of our digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Lead a Web Team: Oversee the development and implementation of a complex public web experience, including building and operating a scalable content integration process.
  • Web Strategy and Systems: Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's public web systems, aligning with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with stakeholders from Executive, Sales, Sales Support, Information Technology, Customer Support, and Marketing to align company goals with web priorities.
  • Team Management: Build and manage the day-to-day operations of a web team, including coaching, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Cost and Resource Management: Provide leadership and oversight of cost and resource scoping for large web projects as well as during normal operations for the company.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision making and increase tracking of web analytics.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in web marketing, preferably in a senior web leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with content management systems, web apps, content delivery networks, marketing automation, web analytics, and similar technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience building and leading a team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and create high-quality reports and documentation for both internal and external audiences.
