Director of Digital Experience

As Brandt continues to expand, we are looking for an ambitious Director of Digital Experience to lead our growing team to new frontiers in the digital landscape.
About The RoleThe Director of Digital Experience is a cornerstone of Brandt's global marketing strategy. Brandt's public digital experience is where the customer journey begins, and our marketing efforts converge. You'll lead efforts to enhance digital effectiveness by developing a comprehensive content plan aligned with business goals, oversee all digital touchpoints, and work with your team to craft and direct the digital experience for millions of visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a team of digital specialists focused on building and operating a complex public digital experience.
- Develop, own, and promote Brandt's public digital strategy, in consultation with key stakeholders across the company, and aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
- Own the company's public digital systems' design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Design a scalable content integration process to support the growing needs of the business and the growing digital team.
- Act as the primary point of contact, head administrator, and internal expert on our digital strategy and systems.
- Work with stakeholders from executive, sales, sales support, information technology, customer support, and marketing departments to align company goals with digital priorities.
- Build and manage the day-to-day operations of the digital team, including coaching, performance management, and mentorship.
- Provide leadership and oversight of cost and resource scoping for large digital projects and during normal business operations.
- Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision-making and increase tracking of digital analytics.
- Report to the Vice President of Customer Experience.
