Position Overview

The Director of Online Engagement plays a pivotal role in Medisca's overarching marketing strategy. The public digital experience is the starting point of our customer interactions, where our marketing initiatives converge. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to enhance online effectiveness by crafting a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, managing all digital touchpoints, and collaborating with your team to design and direct the online experience for a vast audience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of digital specialists focused on creating and managing a sophisticated online presence.
  • Own and promote Medisca's online strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's public digital systems.
  • Establish a scalable content integration process to support the evolving needs of the business and the expanding digital team.
  • Act as the main point of contact and internal authority on our digital strategy and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to align organizational objectives with digital priorities.
  • Manage the daily operations of the digital team, including coaching, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of resource allocation for significant digital projects and routine operations.
  • Incorporate data-driven decision-making and enhance tracking of digital analytics.
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Customer Experience.
