The Role

We're seeking an HR Operations Specialist - Continuous Improvement to join our team in Dartmouth. This role will play a crucial part in driving continuous improvement of HR practices and processes to ensure a unified and seamless HR delivery approach to internal clients.

Responsibilities
  • Critical HR Processes: Coordinate and administer critical processes related to employee lifecycle events, including transfers, promotions, relocation, retirement, leaves, and accommodations.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data from multiple sources to uncover and communicate data insights that impact HR programs and operations.
  • HR Leadership: Serve as the HR site representative and member of the local site leadership team.
  • Educating Leaders and Associates: Manage and coordinate HR key resource content on ADP's internal intranet site, as well as prepare and implement HR's Quarterly Leader/Associate Communications.
Requirements
  • Expertise: 3+ years of HR generalist work experience within a mid-to-large matrixed global organization and Shared Services environment.
  • Clear Communication: Provide balanced perspectives and present information tailored to the target audience.
  • Collaboration: Value a supportive team and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Designation/Certification: College or University Degree in Human Resources/Business.
  • Bilingual: English and French-Canadian.
  • Digital Fluency: Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
About the Opportunity

This role offers a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
