About the Role

The Recruiting Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the hiring process for various positions within the company. This includes reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notifying applicants of results of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements through market research and analysis
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements across various channels
  • Collect and screen applications from qualified candidates
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions
  • Review candidate inventories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and communicate with them throughout the hiring process
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers as needed
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000, based on a 35-40 hour workweek and assuming a salary midpoint within the provided range.
