Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Administrator to join our team at Budds' Group of Companies. As a Wholesale Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our wholesale buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records in Excel sheets
  • Process bills of sale and facilitate cheque requests and EFTs to accounting
  • Create and maintain accounting files and track vehicle movements
  • Coordinate carrier transportation and arrange for vehicle maintenance
  • Assist with vehicle check-ins and locate missing ownerships or book recalls
  • Perform filing and paperwork tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dealership accounting or administrative duties
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and accuracy
