About The Bell in Scona

We are a dynamic and growing hospitality company seeking a skilled Banquet Supervisor to join our team. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events and functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure exceptional quality and service.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply requirements for events and functions.
  • Hire and train food service staff to meet our high standards.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare detailed food order summaries for our chefs.
  • Stay up-to-date with our culinary genres and menu offerings.
  • Work a regular 35-hour week with occasional overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Ability to relocate for the right candidate.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
