About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive to join our team at Stargate Logistics Ltd. as an Executive Director - Supply Chain Management. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic objectives and ensuring the effective management of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and improve efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Oversee the management of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Human Resources
    • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Oversee the management of employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
    • Represent the company in external forums and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain management company.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
