Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at Webster Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer personalized financial solutions to meet their goals
  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support the achievement of sales, service, and operational goals
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours
  • Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
