Banking Center Relationship Banker 2

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Center Relationship Banker 2 to join our team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our banking center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate customer needs and offer personalized financial solutions to meet their goals
- Process routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Support the achievement of sales, service, and operations goals through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of customer sales/service experience, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of all products and services offered by Webster Bank
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
