Banking Center Relationship Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our Banking Center team at Webster Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions to meet their goals.
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Support sales and growth initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Meet or exceed sales, service, and operations goals.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
- Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of banking products and services.
