Job Summary:

The Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our Sewer and Water Systems team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and safety of our team and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction crew to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise the installation of sewer and water systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, other departments, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor crew members on construction best practices and procedures.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude to motivate the crew to meet goals.

Working Conditions:

  • Work on a construction site, exposed to various weather conditions.
  • Long hours, night, and weekend work may be required.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school.
  • 5+ years of industry field experience.
