Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader with a security clearance to lead our landscaping team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the construction of landscapes, gardens, and other outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of landscapers and property maintenance professionals to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve business objectives.
  3. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances.
  4. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  6. Monitor and report vehicle defects, accidents, or damage to vehicles/equipment.
  7. Report defective material and unusual situations to Operations Manager.
  8. Oversee the execution of designs, plans, and supervise the construction of landscapes, gardens, etc.
  9. Able to apply mathematical methods and formulas to problem-solving.
  10. Able to lift up to 50lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
  11. Comply with all company policies and regulations.
