Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Receivables Management Professional to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the company's receivables and ensuring timely customer payments.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive client relationships
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Maintain and update the internal billing database to ensure data accuracy

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Billing or Accounting related role
- Must have: Experience working with NetSuite
- Nice to have: Tech or SaaS experience
