At Learning Tree Academy, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator to join our team as a Child Development Program Coordinator.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

  • Develop and implement child-care programs that align with our academy's educational philosophy.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Manage supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Conduct observations and prepare reports to inform parents and guardians about their child's progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet licensing regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a deep understanding of child development principles.

This is a permanent position offering 32-35 hours of work per week. The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Early Childhood Education diploma or degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a child-care setting
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
