Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team in Kingston, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for our products, including user manuals, technical guides, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products, including user manuals, technical guides, and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that documentation meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain technical content.
  • Develop and implement a content management strategy to ensure that documentation is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with content management systems and technical documentation tools.
