Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation for our products, including user manuals, technical guides, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure documentation meets business needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
  • Write and edit technical content, including product descriptions, specifications, and instructions.
  • Develop and maintain technical writing standards and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on documentation and technical writing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with content management systems and technical writing tools.
