We are seeking an experienced Advisor Assistant to support our President and Managing Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client meetings, appointment preparation, providing exceptional service to clients, and handling insurance applications, reports, and product updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client meetings and appointments
  • Prepare for client meetings and appointments
  • Provide exceptional service to clients
  • Process insurance applications and reports
  • Update clients on product information
  • Handle claims and underwriting issues

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced insurance environment with high attention to detail
  • LLQP license required
  • Proficient in living benefits and permanent life insurance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • High proficiency in computer software programs
  • Positive self-starter with ability to work in a small team environment
  • Effective multi-tasker with high attention to detail
  • Previous insurance experience necessary (Life or Disability)
