We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building lasting relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management, loan applications, and investment advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and increase revenue.

Requirements:
  • A college diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
