We are seeking an experienced Advisor Assistant to join our team, who will support our President and Managing Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client meetings, appointment preparation, providing exceptional service to clients, insurance applications, report preparation, product updates, and handling claims and underwriting issues.

Qualifications and Expertise

  • Experience in a fast-paced insurance environment with high attention to detail.
  • LLQP license is required.
  • Proficient in living benefits and permanent life insurance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with various software programs.
  • Positive self-starter who can work successfully in a small team environment.
  • Effective multi-tasker with high attention to detail.
  • Previous insurance experience is necessary (Life or Disability).
  • LLQP licensed.
