About the Role
At Hub International Ontario Limited, we are seeking an experienced Advisor Assistant to support our President and Managing Advisor. This role is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client meetings and appointments
- Prepare for client meetings and provide exceptional service
- Process insurance applications and reports
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and handle claims and underwriting issues
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced insurance environment
- LLQP license required
- Proficient in living benefits and permanent life insurance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software programs
