Job Responsibilities
The Labour Relations Assistant will provide administrative support by handling legal and administrative tasks, document database management, transcribing amendments to contracts, and general office coordination.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Labour Relations Officers to provide advanced-level administrative coordination and support across the team.
- Provide support to members and staff in a manner that is consistent with our member values.
- Perform calendar management and meeting logistics, including ordering food and coordinating appointments.
- Receive and direct inquiries by telephone and in person.
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and couriers to ensure efficient distribution.
- Draft and/or prepare documents including letters, memos, and correspondence or copy-typing handwritten notes.
