Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Elder Tree Montessori. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months of experience in an administrative role and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
