Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information between teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage incoming mail, emails, and other materials, maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences with precision and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences, and review documents for compliance.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and correspondence, applying attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Research records, court files, and other legal documents to support team members.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other office software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
