The Business Development Director at Leger is a key player in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients. This dynamic role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
  2. Prospect new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
  3. Collaborate with the Leger team to respond to proposal requests and develop winning proposals
  4. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market research to inform sales strategies
What You Need to Succeed

Requirements:

  1. University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related field
  2. At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in market research or solution sales
  3. Proven sales track record, including prospecting and closing skills
  4. Strong networking capabilities and ability to build relationships with clients
  5. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
