Business Development Director

The Business Development Director at Leger is a key player in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients. This dynamic role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of success.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Prospect new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with the Leger team to respond to proposal requests and develop winning proposals
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market research to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in market research or solution sales
- Proven sales track record, including prospecting and closing skills
- Strong networking capabilities and ability to build relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
