Job Title: Director of Business Development

The Silk Lakehouse, a luxurious hospitality destination, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join its team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
