We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Liberty House Law Firm. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for our attorneys and staff.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our attorneys and staff.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support our operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Assistant at Liberty House Law Firm, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be expected to maintain attention to detail and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
