Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tomo Sushi Japanese Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Staff Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
