Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sushi Sen Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
