Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tomo Sushi Japanese Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost-effective operations, including food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the restaurant's daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant maintains a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule.
- English Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
