Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Perform various clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
