Front Desk Representative

At Yogesh Hospitality Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and providing information on hotel facilities and services. Additionally, they will process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They must be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, as well as perform clerical duties and provide excellent customer service.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods. They must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment and work well under pressure.
