Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Quality: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stock to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Safety and Health: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
