Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Safety and Health: Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to safety and health protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a strong focus on customer service.
