About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team at KPMG-Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the team's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience in administrative support.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
