The Master of Management program at the University of Niagara Falls Canada offers two specializations: Entrepreneurship and Emerging Technology.

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Professor in Emerging Technology to join our faculty.

The successful candidate will bring a blend of academic rigor and practical expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics.

Key responsibilities include teaching, research, and service to the faculty and university.

  • Doctoral Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration with a specialization in Emerging Business Technologies.
  • Master's in Business Administration/Management, IS/IT, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the field of Emerging Technologies, particularly in areas such as Management Information Systems (MIS), artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, or cybersecurity.
  • Related industry experience and expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, causal inference empirical research, or analytical modeling is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Data Privacy Professional (CDPP) are added qualifications.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
