Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Associate Dean to understand learning objectives, course content, and instructional materials for new courses.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and interactive course materials, incorporating emerging technologies and instructional design methodologies to enhance student learning experiences
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to integrate diverse perspectives and expertise into course development
- Ensure courses meet quality standards, accessibility guidelines, and student learning outcomes
Requirements
- PhD in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online course development, the instructional design process, or curriculum design in a higher education setting
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theories and assessment strategies
