Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Food & Beverage Host/Porter to join our team at Silvertip Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reservations and Seating: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maintain efficient service flows.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist servers and bartenders during service, including clearing and setting tables, running food, and greeting guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the FOH and BOH teams to create a positive and engaging experience for our guests.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform daily operational tasks, including cleaning duties and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess highly personable and effective communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for up to 8 hours and work a varied schedule, including weekends.
