Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests and residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to our company's standards and policies.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients, with the ability to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure food is served hot or at the prescribed temperature, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Upsell specials and premium sides to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with the Food and Beverage production team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process payments and operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide solutions to guest complaints or issues, or escalate to a supervisor or manager as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Participate in monthly beverage inventory processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Ability to work in all Food and Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality is an asset, but not required.
  • Hospitality experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada full-time is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with restaurant point of sale systems is an asset.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs is required.
