About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Il Forno Fusion Canmore. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
    • Advise on menu selections to ensure a satisfying dining experience.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Communication
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Will train.

    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
