Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our office, ensuring seamless operations, and providing excellent support to our staff.
Responsibilities- Office Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of our office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports to help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our office location. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
