Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth and profitability of the Material Handling division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams to achieve asset management goals, including turn and aging, and protect company assets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and market share goals.
  • Manage and develop employees in the Material Handling Sales Department to build a motivated and successful workforce.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations to manage branch account receivables.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferred.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • Confident decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
  • Must be available to travel as needed.
