Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2360712 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management and Budgeting

Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit detailed reports, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Supervision

3-4 people.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, flexibility, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 30 hours per week.
