We are a dynamic and fast-paced food service establishment seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory levels.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to maintain high standards of presentation and service.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment with high levels of customer traffic.
    • Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Client-focused and efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
