Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2360712 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Personal Qualities
- Client focus and flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 30 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
