Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to support and elevate our team of Mobilists. As a Store Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
- Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
- Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance
